FAQ
If you take the official instructor-led
and/or online course(s) that correspond to the Citrix® exam that you
plan to take (for example, course CTX-1256AI and CTX-1255AW which correspond
to exam 1Y0-256), purchase the corresponding practice exam from us, consistently
pass the practice exam with a score of 90% or higher, and you still fail
the official exam ONE TIME, up to 97 days after purchase of the practice
exam, we will give you your money back for the cost of the practice exam*.
To get your money back, you are required to mail a copy of the official
certificate(s) for the course(s) and exam score report, along with your
test candidate id # that you use when sitting the official exam, to Citrixxperience.com,
attn: Refund, 2525 E 104th St, Unit 616, Thornton, CO 80233. You will promptly
be mailed a check for the cost of the practice exam, and sales tax if
applicable.
All others see our regular guarantee for any
of our practice exams.
*Guidelines of First Time Pass Guarantee:
- The first time pass guarantee does not
apply to the 308, 309, 327, 259 (purchased before September 4, 2008), 456 (purchased before March 2, 2009) 613, 614, 700, 731, 740 or 800 products
- The first time pass guarantee is not valid for a study guide only purchase; it is only valid for practice exam purchases
- Exam failure must be no less than 7 days
and no more than 97 days from the date of purchase of the practice exam.
- The individual must have completed the
corresponding course(s) before taking the real exam.
- The individual must have finished the corresponding
course(s) no more than 60 days before sitting the real exam.
- The individual requesting the refund
must show proof of taking the corresponding course, or courses, and
of the failed exam within 120 days of purchase of the practice exam.
- The individual requesting the refund
must be the same name as on the credit card used to purchase the practice
exam.
- Anyone not paying full price for the
practice exam does not qualify for a refund. This includes customers
using any discount codes, and customers who receive a partial or full
refund for any other reason.
- Anyone who receives an extension to their
practice exam access for any reason does not qualify for a refund.
- Any exam fees, postage, or any other
expenses besides the practice exam fee will not be refunded.
- Any requests for a refund may be rejected
at Citrixxperience.com's reasonable discretion.
- Citrixxperience.com reserves the right
to change these guidelines at anytime without notice.
